BASIC INFORMATION
Specially for agents we are not charging any service fee for transacting with us. In case of cancellation, airlines charges would be applicable.

First check with support@easemytrip.com if the agent’s account has created by writing a mail for same. If the account has been created and agent has still not received the login details, send a mail to floormanager@easemytrip.com asking for login details again. These details would be sent to agent directly on his shared email id.

First click on new agency after login your distributor’s Id and then fill the registration form of sub-agent by clicking on new agency.

After submitting registration form, your next step would be, activate your sub–agent account which you can do by clicking on update >> update credit >> add limit >> fill up the form again and click on submit.

BOOKING PROCESS
You can book the same by clicking on Domestic Tab on the first screen as any other regular ticket by using usual 6 simple steps.
Steps: Login to account >> click on domestic tab >> Traveler details (Put your desired details in the respective fields) >> Search >> Book >> Continue for payment >> Continue for payment

You can book the same by clicking on International flight tab on the first screen. Please follow the below steps.

If, you are not able to book your ticket then you can also send us complete details to book the same offline on international@easemytrip.com and our international support team will book the same after confirming all available options from you.

We always recommend our partners to have sufficient balance to avoid such situations. You can recharge your account from your credit card or net banking by following these simple steps.
Step 1: Login to your account on our B2B portal
Step 2: Click on Dashboard option on the screen
Step 3: Click on Credit card upload option

Kindly fill your details here and press the submit button and your account will be recharged with the same amount.

After submitting cancellation request from your side our cancellation team will call you within 15-20 minutes. In case you will not receive call back from our end then you can send us mail on cancellation@easemytrip.com

Yes, you can book any holiday package with us but its offline because it needs a lot of information exchange from both sides. So you can send a request to our support team at packages@easemytrip.com and they respond you with available options and their pricing as well. They will also book the same on behalf of you and send approval over a mail to book the same.

ACCOUNTS INFORMATION
You can deposit your any amount in our following accounts also you can check the bank details by using below steps.

Once you have submitted the amount in our account then login to b2b portal and send us a dully filled deposit update by using dashboard option. Please refer to the below image.

Our accounts will receive the mail immediately and they will upload the amount in next 5-10 min.

The refund amount is processed in 24 hr. to your respective account (Deposit). You can also keep track on cancellation and amount through cancelation report in Backoffice section of your login.

A. Here are the steps to take a snapshot of the problem
- Press print screen key on the error page.
- • Open Start->Programs >> Accessories >> Paint
- • Right click in the paint window and paste the image
- • Save the image as a jpeg/bmp file and mail the same across
- • Mail the image along with agent contact details to related contact person
